WADA’s 17th Annual Symposium: A Hybrid International Symposium Case Study

Kuoni Tumlare Congress was appointed as the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) for the 17th WADA Symposium, drawing on its extensive experience in managing congresses across multiple industries. To address the challenge of participant selection, the team developed a customized online registration portal that streamlined the registration process and improved operational efficiency.

The symposium was delivered in a hybrid format, providing an inclusive and consistent experience for both on-site and virtual participants. Kuoni Tumlare Congress managed end-to-end registration operations and supported participant communication through a dedicated mobile application. To ensure accessibility across regions, live simultaneous interpretation in French and Spanish was provided for both plenary and parallel sessions.
